Women and men working together in the modern workplace environment is fairly new, having been popularized in the last few decades and we have already seen huge gaps in power and how that can be manipulated to nefarious ends. My best advice is to be a complete professional in the workplace when it comes to interacting and engaging with the opposite sex. While there may be mutual interest romantically or simply the potential for deep friendship you must use extreme caution.
