The King of Diamonds will be recognized when he appears because we all know him and at times are him. He represents the archetype of the
stubborn man.
In setting out to change another you will find yourself being the one who changed.
This is a man who is used to doing things a certain way and is not open to change or even hearing about it. This is a self-deception ultimately as we know that everything is constantly changing and that by trying to hold on to the way things were will take you nowhere. We must perceive how the world is changing and constantly think about how we will adapt to it. If you don’t, you will simply be left behind. The world, like the market, is uncaring and businesses that aren’t open to change soon go out of business.
The key to overcoming the spirit of the stubborn man is to see the world around you. Listen to it. You may not like how it looks and sounds but understanding what is happening will eventually lead you to gaining a new perspective, a larger view than what you once had. Any change is neither good or bad but for what purpose it serves and how you make use of it.
