The Three of Diamonds is a most unusual and interesting card. Traditionally it has to do with business and partnerships. It is said that when people come together with the same purpose that they can do great things and in that spirit comes with it, not a rule but a guideline of three. It is sometimes better for three to devote themselves to a cause because each can alternately be mediator to the other two when two clash. The key is for each person to keep their eye on the prize so that the two do not conspire against the one.
Success is possible with hard work
when three come together.
Interestingly, some in the old school have removed the Three of Diamonds from the deck because they believed it would bring deception into the reading. Out of respect for traditions some remove this card from the deck while others have given it another meaning,
one of silence.
